Our Services

Operational order.
Commercial clarity.

An active partner connecting intelligence, market, and execution. The practical infrastructure behind precise, predictable trade.

Service 01

Deal management & execution

In global trade, matching a buyer to a supplier is where the work starts. Not where it ends. The space between the quote and the port release is where deals quietly break. We run that entire middle. From spec to contract, COA to port release. You get updates, not surprises.

01
Supplier & product fit

Not every supplier fits every buyer. We match origin to grade, season, MOQ, and reliability. When we put a supplier in front of you, it's one we've already worked with for years.

02
Negotiation & terms

T/T, L/C, D/P. The right instrument depends on the supplier, the commodity, and your history. We negotiate in the supplier's language and make sure both sides understand the same deal.

03
Docs, release & updates

B/L, COA, C/O, phytosanitary, invoice. Every document on time. Direct coordination with your Israeli customs broker. Live updates through release at Ashdod or Haifa.

Service 02

Market intelligence & data

Most buyers get market color from brokers who are also trying to sell them goods. That's a conflict of interest, baked in. Our intelligence runs on direct conversations with growers and processors. Not screenshots from price boards. When the market moves, our customers know first.

01
Crop trends, ahead of the print

A weak California almond crop starts moving prices three months before the official numbers land. We hear it from the field. Our customers act on it sooner.

02
Monthly market brief

Blue Star clients get a monthly brief: current FOB/CNF prices, the trends that matter, and a clear recommendation, not a wall of numbers.

03
65+ product knowledge library

Every commodity documented: history, chemistry, grades, international standards, sources, seasonality. Not marketing. The working knowledge behind every recommendation.

Service 03

Quality control & compliance

A supplier can hand over a flawless COA for W240 cashews and still load the container with W320. It happens. We know where to inspect, what to demand, and how to handle it when something doesn't line up. Twenty years in international trade teaches you the patterns. Our customers don't learn them the hard way.

Quality questions
01
COA: a starting point

Every shipment ships with a COA. Independent lab testing on request: USDA, EU, HACCP. We know which suppliers send a real COA and which ones send nice-looking paperwork.

02
Grade verification, on the ground

Extra Light Halves vs. Light Halves. A 15-20% spread on price. We verify the grade in person where it counts, not just on the cover sheet.

03
Claim management. We own it

Shipment off-spec? We run the claim. CAR report, evidence, negotiation. You don't get on the phone with a supplier overseas. That's our job.

The Process

How we work.

Step 01
Define the spec

Not every customer arrives with a finished spec. We help shape it: grade, size, moisture, packaging, standard, country of origin.

Step 02
Source & compare

We check availability and pricing across multiple origin suppliers in parallel. You see the right offer, with the reasoning behind it.

Step 03
Execute & inspect

Contract, COA, production and packing oversight. You get updates at every critical step. We stay on it until the goods leave the plant.

Step 04
Release & track

Export documentation, customs broker coordination, end-to-end logistics tracking. When the container arrives, the release is already handled.
